# Sellence > Sellence develops a persuasion model for sales. Financial services and SaaS teams use it to handle customer objections, follow up autonomously and convert unfinished quotes, applications and signups. ## The model Sellence uses customer replies, behavioral signals and product information to choose how to respond. Each reply updates that customer's context and next step. The model was trained on more than 3.5 million real sales conversations. A documented research dataset contains about 1.6 million sales messages labeled for training. These are different counts: conversations and labeled messages. The research defines a library of 42 persuasion strategies. The model uses customer context and labeled sales history to guide strategy selection. The count describes the defined library, not a proven optimal number or a limit on possible responses. Sales outcomes feed automatic retraining for future customer journeys. Updating the current customer's context and retraining the model are separate processes. ## Customer results - Libra Insurance reached 3x sales per agent in a controlled A/B test over 90 days. - HoneyBook turned 43% more trials into subscribers. - Leveraged funded 38% more accounts from abandoned signups in a 7-month A/B test. - VOOM saw a 50% higher conversion rate on abandoned quotes. Results are specific to each customer and deployment. The linked customer stories give the available context. ## How teams use it - Handle objections and follow up with context from earlier replies. - Run in copilot mode, where the team approves suggested replies, or autopilot mode within configured boundaries. - Compare conversion outcomes against an existing process using a control group. - Connect customer context, conversation findings and outcomes to the team's systems. A pilot runs for 2 months on one journey, measured against the customer's conversion metric. The annual agreement is a 12-month term. Pricing is quoted for each deployment. ## Core pages - [Home and model overview](https://www.sellence.com/): The intelligence layer for autonomous sales in financial services.
