01
What It Is
6 questions
What is the Sellence persuasion model?
A model that sells 1:1 over WhatsApp, iMessage, text, phone and web chat, in your company's name. It reads the objection behind a customer's hesitation, answers it, follows up on its own and closes. It is trained on 3.5M+ real sales conversations across financial industries.
Which financial Journeys does it handle?
Insurance quotes, renewals and additional cover. Account opening and verification in fintech and banking. First deposits and KYC completion in trading. Trial-to-paid and activation in SaaS. Each Journey runs as a separate thread for each customer.
Does it answer questions, or does it sell?
It sells. Every reply moves the customer toward a decision. It compares cover on the same terms, times the follow-up and sends the link when the customer is ready. Support queues wait for a question. The model opens the conversation and carries it to the sale.
Does it set prices, give advice or make approval decisions?
No. Prices come from your rater. Eligibility, KYC and approval stay with your provider, your core and your sponsor bank. Advice, suitability, face amounts and deposit amounts go to your licensed people, mid-thread, with the full case.
Does it replace our agents or sales team?
No. It works the leads, quotes and applications your people never reach: the ones that arrive after hours, go unanswered or drop out before anyone calls. Your team keeps the live deals and the handoffs the model sends them.
Does it replace our lifecycle emails?
No. Your emails keep going to everyone. The model opens a 1:1 thread with the trials, quotes or applications that missed the next step.

Results And Proof
3 questions
What results have customers seen?
Libra Insurance reached 3x sales per agent in a controlled A/B test over 90 days. VOOM Insurance saw a 50% higher conversion rate on abandoned quotes. Leveraged funded 38% more accounts from abandoned signups. HoneyBook turned 43% more trials into subscribers. Generali and Nations Lending are customers too.
How are results measured?
With a control group on your own traffic, on the completion event you already report: bound policies, funded accounts, verified applications or paid plans. Half the eligible customers get the model, half stay on your current process. We compare the 2 groups over the same window.
Are the results specific to each customer?
Yes. Each number comes from one deployment, one Journey and one period, and the customer story gives the context. A pilot on your traffic is how you get your own number.
03
Pilot And Pricing
5 questions
How does a pilot work?
2 months on one Journey, with a control group, measured on the conversion metric you already track: quote-to-bind, retention, placement ratio, KYC pass rate, registration to FTD or trial-to-paid. Pilots roll into a 12-month term.
How long does the pilot run?
2 months. We agree the setup and the evaluation plan before launch, so the run itself takes most of the 2 months.
What should we measure?
The event you already report for that Journey: bound policies, funded accounts, verified applications or paid plans. We define it before launch and compare it with the control group.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is quoted per company once we have agreed the Journey and the volume. The pilot is paid: 2 months on one Journey with a control group. If you continue, service moves to a 12-month term, priced per company.
What happens after the pilot?
We review the results together, with the threads, the handoffs and the objections that still cost you. Continuing service moves to a 12-month term.
04
Channels And Compliance
10 questions
Which channels does it use?
WhatsApp, iMessage and text lead, with phone and web chat. The thread carries across channels, so a reply on Thursday picks up where Monday left off.
Which countries and languages does it cover?
The model runs today in English, Italian, Spanish, German, French and Hebrew, with other languages on request. Customers on the site sell in the US, Europe and Israel.
What about regulation and consent?
Consent stays yours. Sellence messages only the contacts you supply, with their consent status, never purchased lists. Quiet hours are honored. STOP, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and other clear requests end the thread on the spot, are written back to your system and are never reversed without a new opt-in.
How does it stay inside TCPA and UDAAP?
Recorded consent only, quiet hours honored. STOP ends the thread and writes back. Every fee claim is approved wording. Every message is logged in an audit trail your compliance team can review.
Where does our customer data live?
With you. Direct identifiers such as names and phone numbers become tokens before anything reaches a reasoning model, and a residue guard blocks any outgoing message still carrying a masking token. Data at rest sits in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt), encrypted in transit and at rest.
Is our customer data used for training?
No. Identifiers never reach a model untokenized, and your customers' data is not used to train it. Request the security pack to review model-provider terms and data use for your deployment.
Does Sellence have a SOC 2 report?
Yes. SOC 2 Type II against the Security criteria, audit period August 4 to November 3, 2025, issued May 7, 2026 by Johanson Group with no exceptions noted. The full report is available under NDA through trust.sellence.com. A SOC 3 summary is public.
Is Sellence HIPAA or ISO 27001 certified?
Yes. Sellence is HIPAA compliant. The security page lists the rest: SOC 2 Type II, a GDPR processor DPA, TCPA consent and opt-out controls and A2P 10DLC registration. Sellence does not hold ISO 27001. Its cloud and model providers hold their own SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestations.
Can our compliance team export the audit trail?
Yes. Every message, consent record and opt-out is timestamped and logged. The audit trail exports for a market conduct exam, an FCA review or a sponsor bank audit.
What happens to our data when the contract ends?
All personal data processed on your behalf is deleted or returned, unless the law requires retention. During the term, per-contact erasure is supported and data subject requests are forwarded to you. Sellence never answers a data subject on its own.
05
Going Live
5 questions
How long until we are live?
Weeks. One Journey first, usually renewals, unbound quotes, unfunded accounts or expired trials. Our engineers connect it to the events you already send, and your team approves the wording.
Which events does it start from?
The ones your systems already emit: quote issued not bound, renewal offer issued, application started, KYC abandoned, registered but unfunded, trial missed activation. Completion events record the result.
Does it work with our CRM, KYC provider and product events?
Yes. It runs off the events your app, policy system, broker CRM or Segment stream already sends, alongside Salesforce, HubSpot, MT5, Sumsub or Onfido flows. Write-back is yours to configure.
What do you need from us?
A Journey with an unfinished step the model can work. A phone number captured with consent, and consent status for each contact. The events that start follow-up and record completion. Approved product information and boundaries. One owner on your side who joins a weekly review.
Can it work the open cases we already have?
Yes. Send the open cases and their requirements, such as issued-not-paid policies or verified but unfunded accounts. The model works each one until it is placed, funded or closed.
06
Working With Your Team
5 questions
Who stays in control?
You do. Run it as copilot, where your team approves each reply, or autopilot, where the model sends inside boundaries you define. Every message is logged in an audit trail your compliance team can review.
What happens when a customer asks something sensitive?
It goes to your team, mid-conversation, with the full thread. A first notice of loss, a complaint, a policy replacement, an enterprise pricing question or anything that needs a licensed person. You set where the line is.
Who runs the pilot?
Sales people, forward deployed sales engineers and growth analysts from Sellence, working with the owner on your side. Sales people learn your product and objections. Engineers set the triggers and compliance rules. Analysts run the control group and read the drop-off by step.
Can it sell add-ons and additional cover?
Yes, from your filed options: glass coverage, rental reimbursement, roadside assistance, accident forgiveness, or preventive care inside a pet policy. Always offered, never pre-selected. A separate wellness program is not insurance, so the model never raises it during the sale.
How does it handle pending cancellations?
Inside the notice period your regulator sets. It sends the payment link, answers what stopped the payment, and never promises more time than your policy allows.
